The views from the balcony of this recently refurbished Penthouse apartment are amazing – for those who know the area – they stretch from the Ballito area to the Durban Bluff. Club Mykonos is next door to the Surfside complex and enjoys the same measure of relaxed informality The fully air-conditioned flat, boasts two bedrooms (one with a queen sized bed and the other with twin beds). Two further people could be accommodated on the very comfortable double sleeper couch in the living area. The main bedroom has en-suite facilities. A further recently redecorated bathroom services the rest of the accommodation. The modern kitchen area provides good facilities including cooker, fridge freezer and microwave, and there is a choice of dining areas. Full satellite tv , dvd and cd players are provided in the lounge area. The child friendly complex has two lovely pools (with attendant children's paddling area) situated in separate tropical gardens. Multiple Braai facilities are provided near each pool. The residents/visitors have the use of an in-house laundry with reasonable charges for the large washing machines and driers. All linen is provided except for beach towels. A maid service could possibly be arranged at extra cost. A squash court is also available. Direct pedestrian access to the beach (somewhat steep steps) is opposite one of the 24 hour manned access gates. An under cover parking is provided – with further non-allocated parking available around the perimeter of the complex. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony area and not within the flat. |
