This beautifully appointed apartment has unrestricted sea views and is within reasonable walking distance of Umdloti village and beach. The grounds of the complex include well-maintained tropical gardens, a large swimming pool (with excellent entertainment/braai area) and tennis court. The location of Surfside, near natural forest and cliffs ensures that the residents can also retain a measure of peace and tranquility in all seasons.

The main bedroom at B112 Surfside has its own balcony (where one can often watch dolphins frolicking in the surf and in season one may see the mighty whales), and has a modern en-suite bathroom with both shower unit and corner bath. There are two further large twin bedded rooms with original artwork and a second bathroom, which includes a huge shower unit. The apartment boasts a fully fitted and equipped kitchen including, cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The large lounge/ dining room opens out onto a lovely balcony, which provides a further private dining/braai area. There is ducted air conditioning and fans in living and bedrooms. In the lounge you will find full satellite TV, and a DVD/CD player. A wash/dryer machine can be utilised and all linen is provided, except for beach towels. It may be possible to arrange maid service at an additional cost.

It is regretted that due to my style of furnishing, this apartment is not normally suitable for those under eight years of age, and smoking is only permitted on the balconies.
